1.	אני מתחייב/ת שלא אעשה ולא אנסה לעשות שימוש במחולל הלוחות, ולא אטען שעשיתי שימוש בו במטרה להשיג או לגלות מידע על אודות אדם כלשהו.
2.	אני מתחייב/ת שלא אפרסם, באופן ישיר או עקיף, כל פרסום המתבסס על השימוש במחולל הלוחות אשר מכיל פרטים או נתונים על אדם כלשהו או אשר מאפשר זיהוי אדם כלשהו.
3.	אני מצהיר/ה כי ידוע לי כי מחולל הלוחות עומד לרשותי כמו שהוא (as is) וכי הלשכה המרכזית לסטטיסטיקה (הלמ"ס) אינה אחראית לתקלות או לשגיאות בתפעולו או לכך שהמחולל יענה על צורכי.
4.	אני מצהיר/ה כי ידוע לי כי השימוש במחולל היישומים כפוף לתנאי השימוש הכלליים של אתר האינטרנט של הלמ"ס.
